I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really stood out during my stay. However, the room I was given was somewhat outdated and not as clean as I would have liked, especially the bathroom. The dining options were good but quite pricey. Overall, the location is fantastic for exploring downtown, but I felt the room aspects could use some improvement.
